Pilates Helped My Movement and Flexibility 💞
Hi girliies! I’ve recently started attending tennis sessions, and I’ve noticed such a big difference in how my body moves. Before, I struggled a bit with flexibility and coordination, but Pilates really changed that for me.Medyo stiff pa talaga ako dati and hirap sa flexibility, pero grabe yung help ng pilates. Yung mga controlled movements at core exercises sa pilates ang daming na-improve sa body awareness ko. Now sa court, mas madali na yung gumalaw at mas smooth bawat galaw ko. Mas flexible na rin ako at mas stable, lalo na sa mga mabilis na rallies. Sobrang nakatulong din sa balance at coordination ko overall. Ang galing talaga how Pilates translates to other sports! 💞 When I’m on the tennis court, I’m not just moving better. I’m thinking clearer, feeling lighter, and enjoying the game more. Pilates became more than a workout for me; it’s a reminder that taking care of your body also means taking care of your mind.
