Lonely meals? Not my vibe šŸ™ƒšŸ“

Sometimes I wonder, am I the only one who just can’t eat alone? Eating by myself feels so awkward, like something’s missing. For me, food tastes so much better when it’s shared with someone else. I always look forward to meals because they’re my little moments of connection and laughter. When I’m with friends or family, even the simplest food feels special. But when I’m alone, I lose my appetite and my mind starts to wander into overthinking mode. Sharing meals makes me feel comforted and less lonely it’s like food feeds not just my stomach, but also my heart. Honestly, being around people while eating helps my mental health more than I realize. It reminds me that I’m not alone in whatever I’m going through. Maybe it’s just me, or maybe we all need a little company to make every bite a bit happier.
