Reunited Through Volleyball

We’re able to meet again! This is Joey, the kind and cheerful person I first met during a volleyball tryout at the University of Makati. When I stepped into the court feeling nervous, she was the one who approached me first and made me feel comfortable right away. Her kindness and helpful advice made my tryout day smooth and a little lighter. Fast forward to today, we crossed paths again but this time, I’m on the court as a player, and she’s one of the referee officials. It’s such a wholesome reminder of how small the world can be and how beautiful it feels to reconnect with people who once made a difference in your journey. True friendships, no matter how long it’s been, always find a way back. 💛
