Tried out Harlan+Holden Coffee in BGC 🍪🍦

Not even kidding!! The ice cream and cookies combo from Harlan+Holden is heaven 😫. We actually didn’t order any drink or coffee from them. Instead, we got their Milk Soft Serve (₱120), the Seasalt Butter Cookie (₱125), and the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie (120). These were THE BEST cookies and ice cream I’ve ever had. My favorite cookie used to be Subway’s double chocolate chip cookie but these ones from Harlan + Holden just topped it!! The cookies were perfectly moist and crunchy at the same time, buttery, perfect amount of sweetness which highlights the flavors, and hits you with that perfect slap of salt you need on every pastries, a total need for another round! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Sa ice cream naman, a bit softer than a usual soft serve ‘cause it was already dripping down to the bottom tip of the cone. But nonetheless, it has a close to perfect taste when it comes to milk, not vanilla, taste which is really good! It was milky and rich in flavor, it just melts in your mouth and hindi nakakaumay at all!! It goes really well with the cookies, especially the Seasalt one. A solid 11/10 experience. 🤤
