Girls Night
People say, I am the Monica in our group (only FRIENDS fans can get the reference hehe). This is because I love hosting and inviting friends over to our house. For one of our girls nights, I have decided to do a steak and wine night. I prepared Ceasar Salad with Croutons and Potato au Gratin for appetizers, USDA Ribeye Steak and Pesto Pasta for mains, and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. Since I love going all out, I made sure to set the table thoughtfully - with elegant plates, a classy table runner and napkins, dried flowers, chic lamps, and even personalized name cards. My friends were so impressed - they said this was peak Monica energy, lol. For me, it’s really just about doing something special for the people I care about. Every laugh, every story, every glass of wine shared brings us closer. It’s moments like these that remind me how friendships grow stronger through time and effort. #GirlsNight #SteakNight #DateNight
