For my Grand Parents ❤️🩹
This photo was taken way back in 2015, the last time my grandma and grandpa came home to the Philippines. They’re now in Los Angeles, but not a day goes by that I don’t think about them. They have always been the ones who provided for me and stood as my parents. They’ve helped me in every way possible, supported me in everything I do, and gave me everything I wanted without hesitation. When I was younger, I used to sleep beside them every night, and my grandma would always make sure I had my favorite snacks ready after school. My grandpa, on the other hand, loved to tell stories about his younger days while I listened quietly beside him. Now that they’re far away, we make time for video calls, and even though it’s through a screen, I can still feel the same love and care I grew up with. Someday, I want to give back everything they did for me. They’ve sacrificed so much just to make sure I have a good life. Sometimes I get scared thinking they might not stay on this earth much longer, and that’s why I want to be successful as early as I can. I want them to see me reach my dreams, to make them proud, and to finally give back the love and care they’ve given me all my life.
