City Walks

That day I felt overwhelmed with schoolworks and trainings, so my friends and I decided to take a walk to clear our minds. As we strolled through the streets, the fresh air and gentle movement helped me slow down and breathe more deeply. Laughing and chatting with my friends made the walk even more uplifting and reminded me to enjoy the moment. The walk gave me space to reflect and think clearly while also sharing positive energy with my friends. By the time we headed home, I felt lighter, calmer, and more focused.
