Lights that Heal

There is something calming about watching city lights at night. When everything feels heavy or stressful, just seeing the lights shimmer can make you feel at peace, even for a moment. Lately, I felt completely weighed down my mind racing with worries about life, and things I couldn’t control. I couldn’t shake the feeling of being stuck in my own head, and it made even small tasks feel exhausting. Watching the city light reminds me that life keeps moving, no matter how hard things get. The quiet beauty of the city at night helps clear my mind and gives me space to breathe. Sometimes, just pausing to look at the city lights is enough to remember that there’s still brightness, even in the darkest times.
