Kaido’s Little Lonely Days 🐾
My dog Kaido has a bit of separation anxiety, especially when we leave for work. At first, it really broke my heart hearing him whine and seeing how restless he got whenever he realized we were about to go. Over time, we learned to handle it with patience and leaving some of our worn clothes so he can still feel our scent, giving him his favorite toys, and making a cozy spot where he feels safe. We also make sure to spend extra time with him when we’re home, playing, cuddling, or simply being around him so he feels secure and loved. It’s not always easy, but seeing how much he’s improving makes it all worth it.
