Whenever I feel down, watching rom-com K-dramas always lifts my mood. There’s just something about their heartwarming stories, relatable characters, and comforting energy that make everything feel lighter. 💕 And if there’s one actress who never fails to make me smile, it’s Jung So-min. I’ve been a fan of hers since her debut in Bad Guy (2010), and I’ve admired how she continues to grow and shine with every project she takes on. She’s one of those rare actresses who can make you laugh, cry, and fall in love but sometimes all in the same scene. Through the years, she’s impressed me with her roles in Playful Kiss, Because This Is My First Life, My Father Is Strange, The Sound of Your Heart, Love Next Door, Love Reset, and especially Alchemy of Souls, where her range and emotional depth truly stood out. She has this natural charm and sincerity that make every character feel so genuine and relatable. 💫 Now, she’s back in a brand-new romantic comedy titled Would You Marry Me with Choi Woo-shik, and I couldn’t be more excited! ❤️ The story follows a 90-day fake marriage between Yoo Me-ri (Jung So-min) and Kim Woo-joo (Choi Woo-shik) for a chance to win a luxury townhouse. It’s such a fun and heart-fluttering premise the kind of setup that promises lots of laughs, chemistry, and heartfelt moments. I already watched Episodes 1 and 2 via Disney+, and I’m absolutely hooked! The first two episodes were the perfect mix of humor, emotion, and that slow-burn connection we all love in rom-coms. Jung So-min’s portrayal of Yoo Me-ri is so charming and believable, and her chemistry with Choi Woo-shik feels natural and refreshing.
