Do you prefer homemade matcha or store bought matcha? Based on my experience, it's either a hit or miss. Homemade matcha depends on how well you prepare it and the ingredients you use. As for store bought matchas, it depends on the store and how their standards are when it comes to their matcha. For me, most of the time it's either too sweet, too milky, or too "grassy". But for now I'll stick to trusting the stores than my own matcha making skills. How about you? 🍵💚
