My GRWM Goal Getters Academy Experience + What It Taught Me

I was chosen as one of the creators under the first batch of GRWM Goal Getters Academy. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was more than just another workshop, it was a place meant to lift creators like me, not just with skills, but with mindset. The session “Own Your Why” with Libni Fortuna-Amatong pushed me to think deeper about why I make content, not just how, and it changed how I plan my ideas. Brand owner and CEO, Ms Mae Layug’s “Create That Connects” taught me the importance of authenticity in everything I post — that being myself gives more impact than trying to mimic trends. And Ingrid Nieto’s “Presence with a Purpose” boosted my confidence in showing up both online and in real life, teaching me about personal branding I’d never considered before. Because of this program, I’ve started shifting from just chasing views to building content I feel proud of and that resonates. I’ve met so many fellow creators who are equally hungry but supportive, which makes the journey feel less lonely.
