The Power of Pilates 💞
Hii girlies! I finally gained the confidence to dress up like this again! 🥹💞 Because of my PCOS and cyst, I went through weight gain that really affected me. I decided to try pilates for 3 months, and honestly, I can say it’s been working for me. At first, akala ko wala talagang progress kasi I’d lose 1kg then gain it back, pero when I stayed consistent, dun ko nakita yung results. I usually do pilates twice a week after work, and kapag maulan, I just use my pilates board at home. Sometimes I also add walking kahit 5k steps lang. Gaining weight really challenged my confidence and mental health, but I’ve learned na we need to help ourselves too and keep going. Consistency may be hard, pero it’s definitely worth it. ✨
