Some gooood matcha

An Uji Matcha I ordered yesterday at Toyo Specialty Coffee in Biñan. Ang sarap! The matcha na hindi too sweet and too milky is really the go-to! This one hits different kasi you can really taste the strong and earthy notes that make authentic matcha so comforting and addicting. Hindi siya overpowering, but it has that depth that keeps you wanting another sip.

 I also love how it feels so clean and refreshing. Every sip was grounding, and it honestly gave me that calm energy I always look for whenever I drink matcha.
