11/10 PIZZA
This one’s from Firehouse in Alabang again, and honestly, grabe, hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! We ordered their classic Margherita, then decided to add burrata on top, and woww, game changer talaga!! The crust had that perfect wood-fired texture, crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, exactly how pizza crust should be. 😋 The tomato sauce was so fresh and flavorful, balanced perfectly with the basil and mozzarella! And the burrata, that creamy, milky goodness on top just made every bite melt in my mouth. It added a rich layer of indulgence without being overwhelming, and it seriously elevated the whole experience. 🤤
