When Life Feels Heavy, I Turn to Ramen

Whenever I’m feeling low, I turn to good food to comfort and ease my mind. Whether it’s a homecooked dish, something from my favorite restaurant, or even street food, eating always gives me a sense of relief. One of my go-to comfort meals is a simple bowl of ramen. It’s quick to prepare and easy to enjoy. Sometimes I use instant noodles and add my own twist with cream, sausages, hard-boiled egg, or dried seaweed. The steaming broth, chewy noodles, and toppings come together like a warm hug, soothing both my body and my mind. Ramen may seem ordinary, but for me, it’s a small ritual that helps me slow down, reset, and care for my mental well-being. For me, ramen isn’t just food, it’s therapy in a bowl. Each sip of broth feels like releasing stress, and each bite of noodles feels like regaining a little strength. It may be simple, but in moments when life feels heavy, this small ritual becomes my form of self-care and comfort. #Healing #mentalhealth
