📖 Book Review: Little Women — A Classic

Okay, confession time—this was my very first classic, and as someone who usually reads high fantasy, I was a little nervous diving in. But Little Women honestly didn’t disappoint one bit. I’ve always loved the movies (rewatching them every Christmas has basically become tradition 🎄), but reading the book hit so differently. It gave me a fresh perspective on the story and brought out emotions I didn’t expect. My copy is a little beat up now since she’s been tossed in my bag on long bus rides or read during vacant hours at uni—but honestly, I think that just adds to her character. There’s something so comforting about flipping through worn pages of a book that’s been with you everywhere. And the best part? It wasn’t difficult to read at all, even for a classic. For ₱125, it’s a timeless story that I think every reader should experience at least once. Especially for the big fans of the movies out there!🕯️
