First time trying the viral Chick Chicken

We went to the Maginhawa branch during peak hours (around 7-8 pm), and we ordered 2 meals (as seen in the picture). Since there were plenty of orders and only one staffer at the cashier handling everything, the service was quite slow and the amenity was poorly maintained in terms of sanitation as well as air conditioning. As for the food, it seemed like it was not served to us fresh/hot despite the wait and continuous inflow of orders (assuming the cooking preparations are continuous as well). In terms of food quality, the chicken was bland (though some people have told me that it’s just the style) and had too much breading that was hard to chew. We got to try all three sauces—the chicken sauce stood out as something unique, the garlic mayo was just okay, and the cheese was watery. On the brighter side, the food serving was worth it for the price, and there is a variety of food combinations to choose from. I also appreciate that there is a water station, unlike other small establishments. Good thing, after one of the people from Chick Chicken heard about this, they sent me a fresh batch straight to my home. My family and I were able to try it (me for the second time).
