The Power of Breathing 🧘🏻♀️
It sounds so simple, but learning how to breathe properly helped me with anxiety. When I get overwhelmed, I pause and focus on deep breaths. Inhale slowly, hold, then exhale. It instantly calms my mind. 🧘🏻♀️🍃 I did not realize how often I held my breath during stressful moments until I started practicing. Now, whenever I feel anxious, I know I can always go back to my breath. It reminds me that I have control over how I react, even if I cannot control the situation. 🩵
