Gym o’clock = me vs. stress 😤
This picture of me in the gym proves that “gym therapy” is real. Every time life stresses me out, I just trade my problems for dumbbells. Somehow lifting heavy makes the burdens feel lighter too. I love how the gym turns my overthinking into sweating and my stress into strength. It’s like each rep is me punching life’s problems in slow motion. Sure, I may leave tired and sore, but I always walk out feeling stronger and happier. For me, gym therapy isn’t just about gains it’s about turning stress into power, one workout at a time.
