Little Moments, Big Healing

Seeing my nephew enjoy his walk reminds me how powerful simple moments can be for our mental health. His curiosity and joy show that happiness can be found in the little things around us. The way he explores freely is a gentle reminder to slow down and breathe, even when life feels overwhelming. Watching him admire flowers and take small steps makes me appreciate mindfulness.. being present in the moment. Children teach us that it’s okay to pause and just be. Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature can ease anxiety and lift our mood.
