HEALTH IS WEALTH
Update about my life: Every weekend, I make time to jog in the morning. Usually 1 to 2 hours for stretching and running. Para sa akin, this routine makes me feel productive and refreshed. Alam naman natin na after work, sobrang nakakapagod, kaya minsan gusto na lang natin humilata or mag-movie marathon. Pero without noticing, nakakalimutan na natin to move and take care of our bodies. Before, I wasnât a fan of running, pero now Iâve realized na sobrang importante talaga mag-invest sa health, lalo na habang nagtatrabaho tayo at nag-o-overtime. Most of us get too exhausted because of work, kaya I promised myself to create this simple habit. As I get older, mas nagiging aware ako na kailangan ko ring maging active at pagpawisan paminsan-minsan para maging strong. Kahit busy tayo, we should always make time to take care of our health. My weekend jogs may seem small, pero malaking bagay siya to keep both my body and mind healthy. For me, this is not just about exercise. Itâs about choosing a lifestyle that helps me stay balanced and productive.
