As a working student, sobrang toxic minsan ng sched ko kaya I don’t really get to unwind as much as I need. That's why sometimes, I treat myself, buy some food, park somewhere quiet, and just enjoy my me-time without thinking about work or school. Kahit mga 3 hours lang, grabe the difference it makes for my mood and overall flow. It feels so relieving to step away even for a bit, like hitting a mini reset button. Those moments alone with my thoughts help me process stuff, realize a lot of things, and honestly contribute so much to my personal growth. ✨Taking these small breaks isn’t just about resting it’s also about protecting my mental health and making sure I don’t get too overwhelmed. 💆♀️
