Starting Journaling Again 🌷

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve started a journal with the line, “It’s been so long since my last journal entry…” 😅 I’ve attempted to build this habit so many times but always end up falling off track because I struggle with consistency. My way of journaling is pretty simple I just write down whatever thoughts come to mind each day. No rules, no structure, just random things I want to let out. It’s my way of grounding myself and processing everything going on in my life. Recently, I decided to give it another try, this time using a Muji notebook I bought as a little motivation. I started last September 2, and while I’ve missed a few days here and there, I’ve been doing my best to keep going. For me, journaling has become more than just a hobby and it’s a safe space to express my inner thoughts and reflect on what’s been happening in my life. It allows me to pause, slow down, and check in with myself. I’ve noticed that it really helps me manage my emotions and mental health. Whenever I finish a journaling session, I feel lighter, calmer, and more in control. ✨ I’m really hoping that this time, I can finally stay consistent and make journaling a lasting part of my self-care routine. 📝💛
