Always in love with Tiramisu!!

This tiramisu from Firehouse, Crimsom Hotel, Alabang. As someone who’s a big fan of tiramisu, I admit I can get a little picky when it comes to this dessert. This one was actually pretty good, the flavors were there, and I liked how the coffee taste still come through in every bite. The mascarpone filling was creamy and smooth, which balanced the richness nicely. If I’m being honest, the ladyfingers were just a bit too soaked for my preference, and I usually like my tiramisu with a splash of rum for that extra kick, which this one didn’t have. But even without it, I still enjoyed the slice because the essentials were on point, the coffee, the creaminess, and the cocoa finish.
