Mid Ramen 👍🏼
Tried out Kirakuya Ramen in Makati with my sister, and it was definitely a cozy food stop. The meat was really tender and flavorful, I loved how soft it was, almost melting with every bite. The broth was rich and creamy, warming enough to satisfy a ramen craving on a rainy day. The toppings were classic, seasoned egg with that gooey yolk, seaweed, and the little naruto swirl that always makes ramen feel complete. Taste wise, it was good and comforting, but if I’m being honest, it still feels like something’s missing to make it really stand out. Maybe a deeper umami flavor in the broth or a little more punch in the seasoning.
