Catching up over food

Even before becoming a mom, I’ve always loved eating out once in a while whether it’s to celebrate small wins, catch up with friends, or simply destress after a long week. There’s something so comforting about sharing a good meal and good conversations that instantly lightens my mood. Whenever my friends start to miss me, we make it a point to meet over dinner. I’m so grateful to have found my small circle back in my previous job and friends who still reach out, include me in their plans, and even let me pick where we’ll eat. I guess they trust my food recommendations, haha! But honestly, it’s more than just the food. Being around them feels like having my own little support group. They listen, they understand, and they remind me that I’m not alone in whatever I’m going through. In many ways, they’re like free therapy sessions that helping me recharge emotionally and mentally, one dinner at a time. 🍽️💕 #CatchUp #friendship #mentalhealth
