Brunch Bliss at Masa Bakehouse 🌞🍴

Brunch at Masa Bakehouse was such a treat! 🌞🍴 What I ordered: ✨ Morning Beef – I really enjoyed this one. The salted beef shreds were flavorful without being too salty, and the sunny egg tied everything together so well. The kangkong and charred eggplant added a nice earthy taste, while the pickled onion and cucumber-tomato salsa gave that fresh crunch I didn’t know I needed. ✨ Sardinas & Sourdough – Honestly, this surprised me the most. I thought it would be heavy, but the sardine confit was light and tasty, not overpowering at all. With the tomato, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime on that perfectly toasted sourdough — every bite felt refreshing and balanced. I could eat this every day. ✨ Shakshouka – Pure comfort food. The eggs were perfectly poached in that rich tomato sauce with cheese and spices. I loved dipping the sourdough into the sauce — super satisfying, cozy, and flavorful with just the right kick. ✨ Mango Fizz – This drink was the perfect match for everything. Light, bubbly, and fruity with that tropical mango flavor that’s sweet but refreshing — exactly what you’d want on a sunny Elyu morning. 🌞🥭✨ What I really loved about the whole experience is how balanced the food felt. Nothing was overwhelming — just honest, well-made dishes that leave you full but not heavy. Pair it with good coffee (or Mango Fizz 😉) and Elyu’s laid-back vibe, and you’ve got the perfect brunch. 🌊☕️
