Banaue Rice Terraces

Feeling stressed and burned out? Sometimes life feels like a never-ending loop—wake up, go to work, go home, repeat. It’s exhausting and can really take a toll on my mental health. That’s why taking a step back became so important for me. When I went to the Banaue Rice Terraces, it felt like a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. The greenery and the crisp mountain air helped clear my mind and release some of the negativity I’d been holding onto. The trek to the steep mountains was challenging, but reaching the falls made every step worth it. Along the way, I met locals and travelers from different parts of the world, and hearing their stories gave me a new perspective on life. That trip wasn’t just about escaping the city. It was about healing, slowing down, and reconnecting with myself in a place far away from my daily routine. #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealth
