Triple Grind Life
Being a working-student-athlete at the same time isn’t easy, and it takes a toll not just on my body but also on my mental health. There are days when I feel like I’m being pulled in three different directions, trying to give my best in volleyball, school, and work all at once. My mornings start on the volleyball court, pushing through drills and sweat before the day even begins. After that, I head straight to school, juggling classes, exams, and deadlines like any other student. Once classes are done, it’s off to work, serving drinks and smiling through the café rush. It’s exhausting, but I try to cope by reminding myself of my purpose. Despite the stress and mental strain, each part of my day shapes me into someone stronger. Being an athlete, a student, and a worker, all rolled into one.
