Breathing Space
Sometimes my mind feels just as heavy as these clouds. I remember one night sitting by the window, staring at a sky like this, completely breaking down because everything I’d been holding in finally became too much. I was so focused on staying strong for everyone else that I didn’t realize how much I was quietly drowning inside. That night, the sky felt like a reflection of my thoughts, gray, restless, and never-ending. But standing here now, I’ve come to realize that storms don’t last forever. Healing is a slow and messy process, and there are still days when the weight feels unbearable. Yet, little by little, the light always finds its way back. And when it does, it feels even more powerful and beautiful than before. A reminder that even in darkness, there’s still hope. 🌤️
