Learning New Sport for my Mental Health and Wellness 😌
Hii giirlies! Recently, I started my tennis classes since I heard that this is also good for cardio. Lately, work has been a lot — long hours, constant pressure, and days where I just feel completely drained. Burnout is real, and I’ve felt it creeping in more than I’d like to admit. So, I’ve decided to do something for me that's why I started taking tennis classes. Not to become a pro or anything, but to move, to sweat a little, and to learn something new that has nothing to do with emails or deadlines. It’s been refreshing to disconnect, focus on my body, and actually play again. There’s something about hitting a ball as hard as you can that’s surprisingly therapeutic.
