My Mother, My Strength

Growing up in a broken family was one of the hardest realities I had to face. There were times I felt the emptiness of not having a complete home, moments when I wished things were different. But even in that brokenness, I was never alone because I had my mother. She became my safe place, my comfort, and the one who stood strong when everything else seemed to fall apart. My mother carried the weight of raising me all on her own, and she did it with so much love and sacrifice. I saw how hard she worked, how many times she put my needs before her own, and how she gave me the best life she could despite the struggles. She was both my mother and my father, teaching me lessons about strength, kindness, and resilience. Whenever life got difficult, she reminded me through her actions that love is more powerful than pain. I will always be grateful for her. She showed me that family is not measured by what is missing, but by the love that is given. Even though our family may be broken, my mother’s love has made me whole. She is my greatest blessing, and I carry her strength with me every single day.
