I recently decided to do a little reset and got myself another round of curtain bangs. 💇🏻♀️ It may sound simple, but a fresh makeover really does something for your mood. The moment I walked out of the salon, I felt lighter, more confident, and a little happier. ✨ Sometimes mental health is about the small things we do for ourselves. It doesn’t always have to be a big change, sometimes even a haircut or a new look can give us the boost we need. For me, taking care of my appearance also helps me feel better inside, like I’m ready to face whatever the day brings. It reminded me that self care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
