Small achievements may seem simple to others, pero para sa’kin, sobrang laki ng impact nila—like my White Coat Ceremony as a BS Pharmacy student. Wearing that white coat for the first time felt so fulfilling kasi simbolo siya ng lahat ng hard work, puyat, at sacrifices na pinagdaanan ko. ✨ It reminded me na even during challenging times, I should always go back to my “why.” Being a BS Pharmacy student can get really overwhelming—ang daming tasks, deadlines, at expectations na kailangan i-manage. Pero natutunan ko na hindi kailangan maging perfect sa lahat ng bagay. What matters most is progress, kahit gaano pa kaliit. 🌱 Celebrating milestones like my White Coat Ceremony isn’t just about success, it’s also about taking care of my mental health.
