GRWM Cosmetics Powder Rush

I feel like I’m constantly looking for good powders that have a lasting oil control. I’ve only tried local brands and the Powder Rush from GRWM Cosmetics is one of them. I used to have this powder in their old packaging and that time I super loved the formula of their powder. It wasn’t heavy, hindi namumuo sa skin, doesn’t cake, doesn’t oxidize, and had very minimal fallout. So after some time, I decided to repurchase it with its new packaging. I just don’t know if they also reformulated it kasi everything I loved about it, wala na. The thing that bothers me most is the crazy fallout every time I pick it up with a brush. Namumuo na siya, it’s cakey, and has weak oil control. Sadly, I won't recommend this and I’d rate it a 3/10. I think for ₱549, you can buy a much better powder.
