Bye Bye Puffy Eyes

Been using the SEOUL 1988 Retinal Liposome Eye Cream for a while now and I’m so happy with the results! Super gentle siya around the eye area walang hapdi, walang sticky feeling. The texture is light pero sobrang hydrating and it absorbs quickly, kaya perfect for both day and night routine. After consistent use, napansin ko na mas smooth, less puffy, at mas fresh tingnan ang under eyes ko. Kahit yung dark circles ko, mukhang mas light na ngayon. Kung gusto mo ng eye cream na may visible results pero hindi harsh sa skin, highly recommend ko ‘to!
