Tried out a new cafe in Santa Rosa!

Saw this place on Instagram, called Dan Bam. Since it’s just near my area, I thought why not try it out! They serve freshly pastas and freshly cooked meals like flavored chicken wings, pork tonkatsu, pan-grilled liempo, and fish fillet. They also have desserts, snacks, frappucinos, coffees and fruit juices. If I’m not mistaken they just reopened and rebranded Dan Bam into a cafe because they used to operate before in a different location, and mostly focused on rice meals. One thing I instantly noticed was they didn’t offer pastries which was a downer. Anws, we only ordered drinks and snacks and I will rate it for you guys. I got the butterscotch frappe (₱179) and it’s perfect. It’s sweet and the butterscotch taste was really strong. Perfect for people who have a sweet tooth! The passion fruit (₱109) we got was soda based so if you want a drink to feel refreshed and cooled down after a hot day, this’ll suit you best! The sea salt latte (₱149) was okay, it was mid. A bit bland for my liking but if you prefer coffees that are light and not strong, you can try this. Lastly, their overload fries (₱159) was also decent, nothing special. The fries were thick, it was hot when it was served but I would’ve liked it better if the outer part was crunchy. The place was also kind of hot when we were there kahit meron silang aircon. So all in all, I’d rate the whole experience a 7/10. 😊 Would definitely go back for the butterscotch and for the chicken wings!! 🤤
