Stickers may seem small or even silly to some, but for me, they’re little tools for self-care and instant mood-lifters. 🌈 On days when my mind feels heavy or everything around me feels too loud, sitting down with my journal and a pile of stickers has become my calming ritual. Picking a sticker that matches my mood — or simply one that makes me smile — feels like choosing joy, even in the tiniest way. I place them everywhere: on my journals, calendars, walls, ID case, even my mouse. Each sticker adds a pop of color that reminds me it’s okay to pause and let myself enjoy the simple things. It’s a gentle reminder that life doesn’t always have to be so serious, and that creating small moments of happiness can help keep me grounded.
