Mendokoro Ramenba has various branches, but we tried the Makati branch, and the experience was amazing. The ambiance instantly gave off an authentic Japanese ramen house vibe, making it feel like a quick escape to Japan. Their service was excellent—fast, attentive, and very accommodating. The Shoyu Ramen stood out with its rich, savory broth and tender tonkotsu that was full of flavor.
