Balancing Life With PCOS

Sharing a bit about my PCOS journey that I think not a lot of women get to experience or openly talk about.

 Eating fish has become one of my little ways to take care of myself (well, fave ko rin kasi haha) It’s packed with anti-inflammatory properties that help manage symptoms and is high in protein which I really need. Being maliit and payat, I feel it so quickly kapag bumababa yung resistance ko, and it can be really hard. But this whole journey has been teaching me to slow down, listen to my body, and build small habits that make me stronger. It’s not easy, but I’m learning to celebrate the little wins and the strength that comes with choosing myself every day. <3
