Looking presentable gives me a boost of confidence and puts me in a more positive headspace, especially on days when I’m feeling low or anxious. It doesn’t have to be full glam or super stylish. It’s not about striving for perfection but about doing small acts of self-care that remind me I’m worth the effort. For me, that means making sure I smell good, keeping my hair neat (and yes, spritzing some Vitress, hehe), and even matching my bag to my outfit — kahit palengke lang ang lakad 😂.
