Auro Chocolate in BGC 🤩

My ate and I went to Auro Chocolate in BGC to catch up and spend some quality time together. The ambiance there is very unique, with a vibe that really makes you want to sit down, take some good pictures, and enjoy good food. For my meal, I ordered the beef tapa, which was marinated beef tenderloin served with white garlic rice, papaya pickled in cacao vinegar, and egg, and let me tell you, it was so tasty and flavorful, definitely one of the best beef tapas I’ve tried. My ate and I also got drinks; she ordered the Iced Classic Dark - Davao, and girl, it tasted so rich and authentic, like pure chocolate straight from the source. I went with the Salted Caramel White, and honestly, it was so good. It’s smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend it if you’re into caramel flavors! Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert. We decided on the Hazelnut Fudge Brownie with Dark Ganache, which turned out to be the highlight of the meal. It’s a decadent vegan fudge brownie loaded with roasted hazelnuts and topped with a silky water-based dark chocolate ganache. I swear, it was the best—rich, indulgent, and just the right amount of sweetness. Yes, the prices at Auro Chocolate are a bit on the higher side, but for the quality, experience, and flavors, it’s so worth it. If you’re ever in BGC, I really recommend giving it a try—it’s perfect for a catch-up date, a chill hangout, or even just treating yourself.
