Senka vs. Soul Apothecary Cleanser, Which is which?

Hello girlies, can you help me decide? I’m torn between two facial cleansers that I’ve already tried, and both have different effects. The first one is the Senka facial wash, which comes out as a liquid but turns into a rich foam, and I love that a small amount goes a long way in cleansing my face. The other one is the Soul Apothecary cleanser it also foams, but the texture isn't as thick or pigmented compared to Senka. Both work well on my skin, but I want to know which one is more cost-effective in terms of texture and overall effectiveness.
