LOST BUT WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY

There are moments when we feel frustrated and drained by the slow progress of our mental health journey, making us tempted to look for quick fixes. But rushing the process can sometimes leave us feeling even more lost. It’s challenging to stay focused on healing when there are so many distractions, setbacks, and overwhelming emotions, but it’s important to remind ourselves why we started this path toward self-care and growth. Just because the road feels rough, heavy, or unclear doesn’t mean you can’t move forward. You might feel stuck or lost at times, but as long as you have the will to keep going, you can overcome challenges and eventually reach a place of peace and clarity. It’s okay to feel tired. Rest, take a deep breath, and when you’re ready, continue moving forward—one small step at a time.
