SPICY BULDAK
My spice tolerance is so low but I love eating buldak or Korean stir-fry noodles paired with spam, fried egg, or seaweeds. My go-to brand is Samyang because it has an authentic taste and is rich in flavor. A 10/10 for me. The taste of buldak is a perfect balance of savory, slightly sweet, and intensely spicy, making every bite so addictive and satisfying. It sometimes hurts my stomach, so I donβt put all the buldak sauce to adjust the spiciness, but it also lessens the flavor. I also have milk prepared to counter the spice. I always eat buldak once or twice a week, and Iβve recently noticed that my spice tolerance has improved. I can now handle eating it with all the buldak sauce and without crying β though my eyes still water a bit whenever I eat spicy food, haha! πΆοΈπ
