From Little Steps Come Great Starts 🚶♀️
Today, I hit my first milestone — 5,778 steps! 🎉 My target was just 5,000, pero ang saya kasi na-surpass ko pa siya. Simple lang, pero malaking bagay for me who’s just starting this journey. At first, I thought walking indoors wouldn’t make much difference… pero iba pala. In just a short time of doing it consistently, I can already feel small but meaningful changes. My mood feels lighter — every step is like releasing stress I didn’t know I was carrying. My breathing is getting steadier, hindi na ako mabilis hingalin. Sleep feels deeper and more restful — mas madaling makatulog at mas fresh gumising. And most importantly, I’m becoming more mindful of my health. I’m realizing that movement is medicine — kahit simpleng walking lang. This isn’t just about counting steps. It’s about building consistency, choosing to show up for myself every day, and proving that small daily habits can lead to a healthier and happier me. 💙 So here’s to more steps, more wins, and more energy! 🌟 One day, I’ll look back and say: This is where it all started. 🫶🏻
