Today I kept things light and nourishing 🌿 🥗 I started with a simple veggie salad — corn, cucumber, carrot, red onion, a touch of mayo dressing, plus one boiled egg. It felt fresh, filling, and just right at ~260 kcal. 🍲 Later, I had a comforting meal of beef with half a cup of shirataki rice, a cut of banana, corn, and cabbage — around ~295 kcal. Together, my meals totaled just about 555 kcal. But it doesn’t stop there — I also moved my body today 💪 🏃♀️ I walked 8,139 steps and did some exercise, burning about 492 kcal. That means my net calories for the day were only ~63 kcal. 😊👏🏻 Every little choice matters. 🌱 Consistency beats perfection. Small wins like these remind me (and hopefully you too!) that staying fit isn’t about huge sacrifices — it’s about showing up for yourself daily. 💚✨ Keep moving, keep choosing better, and keep believing in your progress.
