Highly recommend Halcyon Fitness, especially for beginners!

11 out of 10!! I really love how every class at Halcyon Fitness starts with the basics — practicing pelvic placements and core activation before moving into exercises like Roll Ups, Leg Circles, Planks, and of course, the Hundreds 🧘‍♀️. Focusing on proper form and breathing makes such a big difference in building a solid foundation, especially for beginners or anyone easing back into movement. What I appreciate most is how they consult with you about your current case and give personalized guidance, not just during the session but even after class. 💙 It honestly feels like a mix of pilates and physical therapy — strengthening the body while being mindful of recovery and overall well-being. Every session leaves me feeling both challenged and refreshed. Group also feels like a private session since they only have 2 reformer for group class!
