Hi Squad! 💕 I just want to open up and share my journey with all of you. I started at 89kg, and now I’m down to 85kg. I’m doing this not just to lose weight, but to live healthier and prepare myself for motherhood. At 33, I was diagnosed with hormonal imbalance which causes irregular menstruation, making it more challenging for me to conceive. That’s my biggest motivation to change my lifestyle. 🌱✨ Here’s what I’ve been doing so far: 🍽 2 meals a day (max 600–700 kcal each) 🚶♀️ Walking daily (minimum 5k steps, goal 10k) 🍴 1 cheat day — but always paired with at least 10k steps I created The Slimpossible Squad 🔥 not just for myself, but for all of us. This is our safe space to stay motivated, accountable, and supported. Everyone is welcome to share your story, your routines, your struggles, your wins, and even helpful products or resources you use.
